Subscription-Based Service

FoodFlow operates on a subscription model, providing you with access to our full suite of food and beverage management tools, resources, and support upon successful registration and payment.

No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services and the immediate allocation of resources, FoodFlow maintains a strict no refund policy. Once your subscription is confirmed and payment is processed, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.

Subscription Cancellation

Before Activation:

If you wish to cancel your subscription before the activation of your account, you may do so by contacting our support team. Please note, however, that no refunds will be provided as per our no refund policy.

After Activation:

Cancellations requested after the subscription has been activated will not be eligible for a refund. You will retain access to FoodFlow services until the end of your current billing cycle, after which your subscription will not be renewed.

Changes to Subscription Plan

FoodFlow allows for the upgrading or downgrading of your subscription plan. Any changes made will take effect immediately. Please note that no refunds or credits will be issued for the remaining period of the current subscription upon changing your plan.

Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases, we may consider partial refunds or credits under exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion. If you believe your situation warrants an exception, please contact our support team with detailed information for review.
